As a Hardscape/Stone
Mason Foreperson, you will be responsible for overseeing projects,
teaching, leading and supervising other team members, and making sure projects
are completed on schedule to the highest standard.

- Valid G driver's license and
personal transportation
- Punctual attendance and
strong work ethic
- Able to work in a physically
demanding environment in an outdoor setting
- High attention to detail and
skilled workmanship
- Communicate daily with
senior members regarding project details (site materials required, tasks
completed, issues)
- Able to instruct and
communicate tasks to other team members
- Able to read and understand
project designs, plans & blueprints
- Operate laser/optical
transits and levels
- Safely operate a variety of
hand tools and power tools (circular saw, masonry saw, compactor etc.)
- Safely operate compact
equipment (mini excavator, skid steer loader etc.)
- Comfortable with various
construction techniques (concrete forming, masonry, precast paver
installation, excavation, grading)
- Able to install various pre-cast
& natural stone pavers
- Setting and leveling of base
materials for stone paver installation
- Able to mark and cut stone
materials with masonry saw and grinders
Other
assets:
- Experience with insulated
concrete forms (ICF)
- Structural steel (rebar)
placement and tying
- Tile installation (natural
stone, glass mosaics, ceramics)
- Swimming pool construction
